Asian Life will issue right shares after  bonus shares are distributed

Kathmandu : Asian Life Insurance Company Limited is going to issue right shares after the distribution of bonus shares. The meeting of the board of directors held on 2nd of February, 2024 A.D of the company made the decision.

The company is going to issue 42 percent of the paid-up capital of 3 billion 399 million 836 thousand 307 Rupees, i.e. 1:0.42, after distributing 7.75 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the profit of last year.

After the Nepal Insurance Authority instructed the company to increase the paid-up capital upto 5 billion R, the company said that it is going to issue the right shares.
