The annual general meeting of Reliable Nepal Life was held, the dividend resolution was passed

Kathmandu : The seventh annual general meeting of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has been completed under the chairmanship of the company’s chairman, Uday Nepali Shrestha.

The regular agendas of the meeting are the fourth annual report of the board of directors, A.V. 2023/24 A.D (2079/080 subsidiary company Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Ltd. including consolidated financial statements, 16 percent bonus shares and 0.84 percent cash dividend to the shareholders with the appointment of an auditor, general and special proposals to increase the capital accordingly and amend the relevant clauses of the articles of association have been passed.

From the Annual General Meeting, for the first time in the company, the directors of the following companies have been elected unopposed by the general shareholders. Director Dr. Bhishma Karki and Divesh Lohani were elected.

This year, the company issued shares at a premium to the general public. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs.4.64 has been completed.
