General meeting of Siddhartha Premier Insurance was completed, 6 directors were Elected Unanimously

Kathmandu : The Annual General Meeting of Siddhartha Premier Insurance was held on 30th of Falgun, 2080 B.S. Six members were elected as directors of the company through the 30th annual general meeting held on this day.

According to the company, Suresh Lal Shrestha, Pawan Kumar Agrawal, Rahul Agrawal and Rajan Krishna Shrestha were elected as directors representing the founder shareholders.

Similarly, Sumit Kumar Kedia and Prabhu Krishna Shrestha were elected on behalf of the general shareholders. Those selected as directors will remain in that position for the next 4 years.

In addition, the general meeting of the company will pass a resolution to distribute 11 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year 2079/80. Chairman Suresh Lal Shrestha presented the company’s annual report and financial statement on behalf of the board of directors in the general meeting.
