IGI Prudential Insurance Announces Dividend for Shareholders
Kathmandu – IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has announced a dividend for its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The decision was made during the company’s board of directors meeting held on February 5, 2025. The board has decided to distribute a 9.7368 percent cash dividend, including taxes, based on the company’s current paid-up capital of Rs 3.29 billion.
The proposed dividend will be forwarded to the Nepal Insurance Authority for regulatory approval. Following the authority’s endorsement, the distribution will be finalized after being approved by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
