Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Puts Promoter Shares Up for Sale

Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 105,407 promoter shares for its existing promoter shareholders.

Among the total shares on sale, 12,078 belong to Shankar Prasad Kalikota, while 93,329 are held by another promoter, Suyog Shrestha. Currently, the shares are exclusively available for purchase by the company’s existing promoters.

The company has set a 35-day deadline for interested promoters to apply for the shares at its central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. If the shares remain unsold during this period, the company will open the sale to the general public.
