Himalayan Everest Insurance Announces 8.75% Cash Dividend
Kathmandu—Himalayan Everest Insurance has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders from the distributable profits of the last fiscal year.
In a board meeting held on February 11, the company decided to distribute an 8.75% cash dividend, including tax. However, the proposed dividend will only be disbursed after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and formal endorsement at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
Once approved, the dividend distribution will provide returns to shareholders, reflecting the company’s financial performance over the past fiscal year.
