Himalayan Everest Insurance to Hold 31st AGM on March 11

Kathmandu – Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited has announced that its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The board of directors, in a meeting held on February 14, decided to conduct the AGM at 11 a.m. at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul, Kathmandu.

The AGM will propose an 8.75% cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital for approval. Additionally, the financial statements, including the annual report of the previous fiscal year, will be discussed and approved. The appointment of an auditor and the determination of their remuneration for the current fiscal year will also be finalized during the meeting.

The company has announced that its shareholders’ register will close on February 26 for the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution. Shareholders holding shares until February 25 will be eligible to participate in the meeting and receive the dividend.
