National Life Insurance Hosts MDRT Honors and Training Program in Chitwan

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited successfully concluded the MDRT Honors and Training Program at Hotel Soltee Westend in Chitwan. The event, presided over by the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Suresh Prasad Khatri, celebrated 100 agents selected for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) 2025.

The selected agents, who represented various regions of Nepal, were recognized for meeting the prescribed insurance targets for MDRT 2025. CEO Khatri highlighted the significance of agents in driving the company’s growth and announced the implementation of new practices to enhance their performance. He also emphasized the company’s commitment to prioritizing the commercialization of its agent network through continued monthly and annual incentive plans.

Acknowledging the company’s competitive bonus rates in recent years, Khatri noted that 95 agents achieved MDRT status for 2025, while three secured Court of the Table (COT) recognition and two attained the Top of the Table (TOT) honor. Special recognition was given to Rupak Parajuli for issuing 51 insurance policies in 51 consecutive days, and the Kalanki branch for producing the highest number of MDRT agents.

The program inaugurated by CEO Khatri, had attendees included provincial heads, branch managers, marketing staff, and agents. Renowned international motivational speaker Vijay Kumar Jha conducted training sessions aimed at enhancing agents’ business skills and boosting their enthusiasm for the life insurance industry.

Honored agents expressed their gratitude, stating that the recognition from the CEO validated their hard work and motivated them to achieve even greater success. The event also featured various entertainment segments, achievement-based motivational training, and formal recognition ceremonies.
