Nepal Micro Insurance IPO Distribution Set for March 6

Kathmandu – The IPO distribution date for Nepal Micro Insurance has been confirmed. According to NIMB Ace Capital, the issue manager, the IPO will be distributed on Thursday, March 6, at 8:30 AM.

A total of 1.2 million applicants had applied for 24.4 million shares of the company. However, as per the allotment system, only 1,84,500 investors will receive 10 shares each, while the remaining 1.72 million applicants will go empty-handed.

Nepal Micro Insurance had issued 1.84 million shares, with a total value of Rs. 184.5 million, at a face value of Rs. 100 per share.
