The Oriental Insurance Provides Rs 1 Million for Children with Cerebral Palsy

Kathmandu – The Oriental Insurance Company Limited has provided Rs 1 million in financial support under its corporate social responsibility initiative. The amount has been donated to the Self Help Group for Cerebral Palsy, Lalitpur, a social organization dedicated to the care and education of children affected by cerebral palsy.

The financial assistance will be used to establish a physical exercise home to support children who face difficulties in leading a normal life due to their condition.

The check was handed over by T. Chakraborty, Chief Executive Officer of The Oriental Insurance Company in Nepal. The event was also attended by Deputy CEO Sirisha Marujola and other senior officials of the company.

Speaking at the program, CEO Chakraborty expressed his appreciation for the organization’s efforts in improving the lives of children with cerebral palsy. He also stated that The Oriental Insurance Company is proud to contribute to such a meaningful cause.
