Crest Micro Life Insurance Opens IPO for General Public

Kathmandu – Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited has officially opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public starting today.
The Nepal Securities Board had approved the issuance of 2.25 million shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share. Of this, 250,000 shares were allocated for Nepalese working abroad, 67,500 shares for company employees, and 112,500 shares for collective investment funds.
Now, the company has released the remaining 1.84 million shares for the general public. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. The application period will remain open until March 10.
NIMB Ace Capital Limited is overseeing the issuance and sale of the IPO.
