IGI Prudential Insurance to Auction Founder Shares

Kathmandu – IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has announced the auction of 80,000 founder shares, open for purchase by the general public.
The minimum price for the shares has been set at Rs 205 per share. Interested buyers must apply for the purchase of the entire lot of shares.
Bidding will be open from Chaitra 4 to Chaitra 12 (March 17 to March 25) at the office of Prabhu Capital Limited in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The company has stated that the sealed bids will be opened at Prabhu Capital’s office on Chaitra 13 (March 26) at 11 a.m.
