Micro Life Insurance in Nepal Earn Nearly Rs 725 Million in Eight Months

Kathmandu – Micro life insurance companies operating in Nepal have earned approximately Rs 725 million in insurance premiums during the first eight months of the current fiscal year 2081/82. According to the latest data from the Insurance Authority, the total business conducted by micro insurance companies up to the end of Falgun month (Mid-March) amounts to Rs 724.6 million.


Guardian Micro Life Insurance has emerged as the top performer in the sector, collecting Rs 280.5 million in insurance premiums. Crest Micro Life Insurance followed closely, earning Rs 266.4 million during the same period. Liberty Micro Life Insurance also posted solid performance, generating Rs 177.6 million in premiums.
