Star Micro Insurance Calls for Second AGM in Janakpur
Kathmandu — Star Micro Insurance Company Limited has announced that it will hold its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Baisakh 29 (May 12) at its registered office in Janakpur. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1 PM.
According to the company, the AGM will discuss and approve the annual report and auditor’s report for the previous fiscal year. In addition, the meeting will finalize the appointment of an auditor for the current fiscal year and confirm the appointment of independent directors.
The company has requested all shareholders to bring their official identity cards to gain entry into the meeting hall.
