Nepal Life Insurance Concludes Sales Transformation Session with Focus on Digital Expansion

Kathmandu – Nepal Life Insurance Company has successfully concluded its one-day Sales Transformation Session in Kathmandu. The session focused on reviewing the company’s third-quarter performance and formulating strategies for the remaining months of the fiscal year 2081/82.
Chaired by Director Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal, the program was attended by top leadership, including CEO Praveen Raman Parajuli, Deputy CEO Amit Kumar Kayal, National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, along with senior managers and regional heads.
In his keynote address, Director Agrawal emphasized the sensitive nature of the life insurance industry, noting that insurance policies serve as both financial safeguards and tools for future planning. He stressed the importance of raising insurance awareness and said success lies in long-term thinking, teamwork, and strategic implementation.
CEO Praveen Raman Parajuli expressed gratitude to the company’s employees and agents, highlighting their dedication over the years. As Nepal Life approaches its 25th anniversary, Parajuli reaffirmed confidence in achieving its historic goals. He also announced that the company has initiated a digital transformation to modernize service delivery.
Sales performance reports were presented by National Sales Head Pokharel and other departmental and regional heads. Pokharel reiterated the sales team’s commitment to expanding insurance accessibility and strengthening Nepal Life’s market presence.
In his closing remarks, Deputy CEO Amit Kumar Kayal encouraged staff to continue upgrading their skills to adapt to industry changes. He highlighted emerging opportunities through globalization and artificial intelligence, stating that Nepal Life is already working to leverage these advancements.
