National Life Insurance Puts 160,000 Promoter Shares on Sale

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited has announced the sale of 160,000 units of promoter shares, offering existing promoter shareholders the first opportunity to purchase them.
In accordance with directives from the Insurance Authority, the company is initially restricting the sale to current promoter shareholders. Interested parties are required to submit applications to the company’s head office in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, along with the necessary documents, within 35 days from the announcement.
The company has emphasized that the sale price of the shares will not be below the prevailing market value, in line with regulatory guidelines. If no applications are received from promoter shareholders within the specified period, the company plans to extend the sale to the general public.
