National Life Concludes Branch Managers’ Conference, Honors Top Branches and Managers

Kathmandu — National Life Insurance Company Limited has concluded its four-day Branch Managers’ Conference, recognizing top-performing branch managers and branches for fiscal year 2025/26 while discussing business strategies, expansion plans and employee development for the current fiscal year.

Held at Hotel Manakamana Hillcrest Resort in Manakamana, Gorkha, the conference brought together more than 200 participants, including departmental heads, provincial heads, branch managers and marketing employees from across the country.

Five branch offices that delivered outstanding performance across various aspects of branch operations during fiscal year 2025/26 were honored at the event. Branches and branch managers achieving strong results in first-year premium collection and other performance categories were also recognized and encouraged.

Chairperson Prema Rajya Lakshmi Singh praised the employees for their hard work and performance, saying their contributions would further strengthen the company’s progress and future growth.

Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri also congratulated the branch managers and employees who delivered outstanding results. He said the company’s financial position was becoming increasingly strong and emphasized the need to move forward with greater strength in the coming days.

The conference featured extensive discussions and training on business expansion, future strategies, challenges in the competitive insurance market, branch operations and employee capacity development. The company said the event provided an important platform for setting strategies to expand business, strengthen its competitive position and improve the performance of branches and employees in the new fiscal year.

The four-day conference also strengthened coordination, collaboration and working relationships between employees at branch and central offices. Through the recognition and encouragement of high-performing employees and branches, the company sought to motivate its workforce to move forward with greater efficiency and focus on results.
