Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Completes Chairman and CEO Club Achievers Award
Kathmandu — Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has successfully concluded its Chairman Club and CEO Club Achievers Award program for its top-tier insurance agents. The four-day event, held in the tourist city of Pokhara from Bhadra 4 to 7, concluded in a grand manner, combining learning, recognition, celebration and entertainment.
The program was inaugurated by Company Chairperson Samjhana Aryal. Addressing the event, Chairperson Aryal said the company’s recognition of agents who have embraced the insurance profession with dignity and respect and achieved outstanding business performance would further motivate them. She also expressed the company’s commitment to providing continued support and cooperation to help agents pursue their business activities with high morale in the coming days.
Chief Executive Officer Santosh Prasai, addressing the program, said that success achieved through dedication and consistency is true success. He said it was a matter of pride for the company to celebrate and recognize the achievements of its agents. Emphasizing that teamwork is the key to success, he expressed confidence that working collectively and moving forward would enable the company and its agents to achieve even greater success in the coming year.
The training session on “Power of Mindset for Business Growth” conducted by Acharya Raja Babu Shah provided participants with motivation and energy to enhance their professional capabilities. Around 200 participants, including members of the company’s Board of Directors, managers and insurance agents from across the country, attended the event.
The company gave special recognition to agents who achieved outstanding business performance during the fiscal year 2025/26 through its highest-level Chairman Club and second-highest-level CEO Club awards.
The event also featured the special presence of renowned Nepali film actor, model and producer Pradeep Khadka. During the program, Khadka shared his real-life story of struggle and success in an engaging and inspiring session.
