IGI Prudential Insurance Partners with Frontline Hospital for Cashless Medical Services

Kathmandu — IGI Prudential Insurance Limited has entered into a service agreement with Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd. (operating Frontline Hospital, Old Baneshwor) to provide cashless hospitalization services to its medical insurance policyholders.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Sharan Regmi, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of IGI Prudential Insurance Limited, and Dr. Yogesh Neupane, Clinical Chairman of Nobel College of Health and Education Foundation, during a formal ceremony held in Kathmandu.
Under the partnership, insured customers of IGI Prudential Insurance will now be able to access cashless treatment services at Frontline Hospital up to the limits specified in their medical insurance policies. This collaboration is expected to enhance convenience and reduce out-of-pocket expenses for policyholders seeking medical care.
Speaking at the event, Deputy CEO Sharan Regmi expressed confidence that this collaboration will encourage more customers to opt for health insurance and benefit from seamless, cashless treatment services. He also invited hospital staff and affiliates to explore the comprehensive non-life insurance offerings of IGI Prudential, including palliative care coverage.
Clinical Chairman Dr. Yogesh Neupane shared that the hospital has been witnessing a rise in customer satisfaction and expressed optimism that the agreement will further improve patient experiences. He assured that insurance claims through IGI Prudential will be processed promptly and efficiently.
Both institutions emphasized their commitment to expanding access to quality healthcare and insurance services and indicated plans for continued collaboration to deliver improved service to the public.
