Currently, Siddhartha Premier has 4,380 unsettled claims in its portfolio. According to company officials, efforts are underway to resolve these as swiftly as possible. The company clarified that many of the delays are due to the insured’s failure to submit the necessary documents. In this regard, insured individuals have been requested to promptly submit the required documentation to the designated surveyors, branch offices, provincial offices, or the head office to expedite the claim process.
