In a public notice issued today, the company urged affected clients to report their damages without delay to ensure a smooth and timely claim process. Sanima GIC stated that it is committed to facilitating easy and convenient settlement of claims arising from the heavy rainfall that has caused flooding and property losses in several regions.

To assist policyholders, the company has also made public the contact details of two employees — Bijay Pokharel and Niraj Poudel — who will be responsible for handling rain-related insurance claims and providing necessary support throughout the process.
