Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Puts 44,000 Promoter Shares on Sale

Kathmandu – Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has announced the sale of 44,000 units of promoter shares owned by NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited.

According to the company, the sale will be conducted in accordance with the directives of the Nepal Insurance Authority, allowing only the existing promoter shareholders of the company to participate in the purchase. Interested promoter shareholders are required to submit their applications within 35 days from the date of the notice.

Applications must be submitted to the central office of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited, located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.

The company further stated that if no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the given period, the unsold shares will subsequently be offered for sale to the general public following regulatory procedures.
