National Life Insurance Organizes ‘Start of Success’ Program Featuring Legendary Actor Rajesh Hamal
Kathmandu — National Life Insurance Company Limited organized a special one-night, two-day motivational event titled ‘Start of Success’ for its agents at Hotel Pokhara Grand, Pokhara. The program aimed to inspire agents through the motivational journey and experiences of Nepal’s legendary actor Rajesh Hamal.
The event was organized to recognize and celebrate agents who successfully met their targets under the company’s monthly plan for the month of Bhadra 2082. More than 300 top-performing agents from across the country participated, along with department heads, provincial heads, and branch heads from various offices of the company.
Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri inaugurated the event by lighting the traditional Panas lamp and expressed his appreciation for the agents’ contribution to the company’s remarkable business achievements during the fiscal year 2081/82. He emphasized that agents are the backbone of National Life Insurance’s continued growth and announced that new initiatives are being developed with a strong focus on agent empowerment.
During the session, CEO Khatri held an interactive conversation with actor Rajesh Hamal, who shared his personal journey of perseverance and dedication in the Nepali film industry. Hamal highlighted that consistency, discipline, and determination are key to success in any profession, inspiring participants to apply the same values in their careers.
The company also presented certificates of achievement to the selected agents, recognizing their outstanding performance. Additionally, Marketing Department Head Vivek Sharma conducted a training session focused on enhancing sales skills and professional development.
The event concluded with cultural performances and entertainment, creating an atmosphere of motivation and celebration.
