Shubhangi Soman Appointed as Director of LIC Nepal

Kathmandu – Life Insurance Corporation Limited (LIC Nepal) has appointed Shubhangi Soman as its new independent director.

According to the company, he has been appointed to the position effective from Kartik 12, following the completion of the tenure of former independent director Prabin Kumar Molari.

LIC Nepal’s Company Secretary, Sudarshan Giri, confirmed the appointment and stated that he will now represent the company as an independent director on the board.
