Siddhartha Premier Requests Collection of Claim Payments Submitted up to Poush

Kathmandu — Siddhartha Premier Insurance Limited has urged concerned policyholders to come forward and receive payments for claims submitted up to the end of Poush.

The company stated that although claim applications have been filed on behalf of many policyholders, the payments remain pending because the insured have not contacted the company with the additional documents required for claim assessment.

Such policyholders are requested to promptly contact the nearest provincial office, branch, sub-branch office, central office, or the concerned surveyor, along with the necessary documents for claim settlement, in order to receive their claim payments.

The notice further mentions that if the insured fail to contact the company within the next 35 days with the required documents related to claim payment, the claim files associated with them will be closed.
