Reliable Nepal Life Kathmandu Region Hosts Semi-Annual Agency Recognition and Motivation Program

Kathmandu – Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited’s Kathmandu Region recently hosted a grand Semi-Annual Agency Manager Recognition and Motivation Program on March 20–21, 2026, at Hotel View Bhrikuti in Godawari, Lalitpur.

The event was organized to recognize and encourage agency managers, teams, and MDRT achievers who delivered outstanding business results in the fiscal year 2024–2025.

The program was chaired by Regional Manager Yam Pokharel, with Deputy Chief Executive Officer Dipesh Babu Tiwari attending as Chief Guest. Marketing Head Shailendra Shrestha joined as Special Guest.

A major highlight of the event was the recognition of Sharmila Belbase, Senior Agency Manager of the Thankot branch, who emerged as the Region Topper among all branches in the Kathmandu Region. In her remarks, she credited her achievement to consistent effort and strong team support.

Gita Nepal, also from the Thankot branch, was honored as the Self Code Topper for delivering the highest individual business performance in the region.

The program also celebrated international-level achievers, with MDRT members Sumesh Maharjan and Udeep Nepal receiving recognition for their exceptional contributions and success. Several other high-performing agency managers from different branches were also awarded.

To further inspire participants, renowned motivational speaker Sudip Basnet conducted a special training and motivation session focused on enhancing professional growth and performance.

Addressing the gathering, Deputy CEO Dipesh Babu Tiwari, Marketing Head Shailendra Shrestha, and Regional Manager Yam Pokharel congratulated the award winners and encouraged them to aim even higher in the coming days.

The event saw enthusiastic participation from over 170 agency managers, leaving attendees energized and motivated to achieve their targets in the upcoming fiscal year.
