Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Marks Its 9th Anniversary Today

Kathmandu — Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited is celebrating its 9th anniversary today in Kathmandu. The company was formed on March 23, 2023 following the merger of Sanima Life Insurance and Reliance Life Insurance. Since the merger, the organization has been operating under the unified identity of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance.

On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer Shiva Nath Pandey expressed gratitude to all stakeholders, including shareholders, the board of directors, employees, agents, and policyholders. He also acknowledged everyone who has contributed directly or indirectly to strengthening the company’s reputation and growth over the years.

The company is currently chaired by Ratan Lal Kediya, with board members including Bharat Kumar, Suvarna Das Shrestha, Tej Bahadur Chand, Keshav Raj Kshetri, Parikshit Khemka, and Mina Kumari Sainju. As part of the anniversary celebrations, the company said it will organize various programs focused on corporate social responsibility and community service.
