Himal Koirala Appointed Company Secretary of National Life Insurance

Kathmandu – National Life Insurance Company Limited has appointed Himal Koirala as its new Company Secretary. Previously serving as Deputy Administration Manager, Koirala holds a master’s degree in law and brings strong legal expertise to the role.
He replaces Sharmila Shrestha, the company’s Administration Manager, who had been serving as Company Secretary before stepping down from the position.
Koirala’s appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during its meeting on Chaitra 9, citing his experience and solid background in legal matters.
