National Insurance Company Urges Policyholders to Claim Pending Payments
The company stated that although claims were registered for policies issued during this period, the settlement process has been delayed due to the long-standing failure of claimants to submit the required documents. Despite repeated reminders, many policyholders have not provided the necessary documents. The company has therefore requested them to visit the head office or the respective branch office where the policy was issued, along with the required documents, within the next 15 days to complete the claim process and receive payment. The company also warned that if the required documents are not submitted within the stipulated timeframe, such claims will be closed and archived. Details of the claims registered for payment during this period have also been made available on the company’s website.
