Narayan Bajaj Appointed Chairman of Himalayan Life Insurance

Kathmandu — Narayan Bajaj has been appointed Chairman of Himalayan Life Insurance following a board decision made on April 6.

He represents Laxmi Corp Nepal Pvt. Ltd., a founding shareholder of the company, and was chosen to fill a vacant director position within the founding group. His appointment as Chairman takes effect immediately.

The previous Chairman, Shulabh Agrawal, stepped down from the role.
