Both the Funds Operating under RBB Mutual Fund are in Losses

Kathmandu : Losses of both RBB Mutual Fund-1 and RBB Mutual Fund-2 operated under RBB Mutual Fund have increased. The losses of both funds increased in October compared to August.

RBB Mutual Fund-1This fund, which has a loss of more than 30 million rupees till the end of August, has suffered a loss of more than 494 million rupees till the end of October. The income of the fund till the end of October is more than 272 million rupees. In the month of October, the net price per unit of the fund is 9 rupees 21 paise.

In the month of August, this price was 9 rupees 36 paise. Compared to August, the net price per unit of the fund has decreased in October. The value of investments in bank term deposits and securities of the scheme till the end of October is more than 95 million 25 lakh 71 thousand rupees. The fund has invested 180.75 million rupees in bank term deposits.

Till the end of August, the value of the fund’s investment in securities, including bank term deposits, was 975.7 million rupees. Compared to August, the investment value of the fund’s securities decreased in the month of October. The value of the fund’s investment in securities is more than 1 billion 192 million rupees including securities broker commission. This seven-year closed-ended scheme had issued 125 million units.

RBB Mutual Fund-2The loss of this fund till the end of October is more than 1 crore 72 lakh rupees. The fund, which was in loss of more than 48 lakh 10 thousand rupees till the end of August, has increased its losses till the end of October.

The fund, which had a negative total income of more than 13.3 million rupees till mid-October, has spent 3.9 million 7 thousand rupees till this period. The net price per unit of the fund, which was 10 rupees 2 paise till the end of August, has been reduced to 9 rupees 88 paise till the end of October.

This fund, which is operating with the main objective of investing in securities, has invested more than 435 million rupees in securities including securities broker commission till the end of October.

The fund has invested 125 million rupees in bank term deposits and the market value of the investment in securities is more than 416 million rupees. This 10-year closed-end fund had issued 84.6 million 11 thousand 929 units.
