Insurance Authority is planning on Revising and Designing New Insurance Policies

Kathmandu : Nepal Insurance Authority has designed and revised the insurance policy. The Insurance Authority has called for the actuary to start the policy revision and design. The authority has asked the actuary to participate in the roster to resume the actuary value or work.

The regulatory body Nepal Insurance Authority has decided to open the issue of child insurance policy which is currently closed till the mid of November, 2023A.D.The regulatory body Insurance Authority has said that it will not be able to issue child insurance policy from 17th of November (Starting of Mangshir Month).

The regulatory body had decided to ban the child insurance policy due to distortions in the child insurance policy and various problems within it. If the currently closed child insurance policy is opened then the child insurance policy will be issued until the mid of November.

After that, the policy will be automatically closed.Due to problems and distortions in the existing insurance policies, the authority has planned to review and design the policy.
