IME Life Recognizes Outstanding Agents at Business Excellence Award Night 2026

Kathmandu — IME Life Insurance Company Limited hosted its Business Excellence Award Night 2026 at Hotel Yak & Yeti on Friday to celebrate the achievements of its top-performing insurance agents.

The event was organized to recognize the dedication of agents who have made outstanding contributions to the company’s growth while motivating the broader agency network to achieve higher standards. More than 350 agents attended the ceremony.

The award night was attended by IME Group Managing Director Hemraj Dhakal, the company’s Board Chairman and directors, senior management, and other officials.

Welcoming the participants, Deputy Chief Executive Officer Khilendra Paudel outlined the objectives of the program. He said the company’s strong growth has been driven by the hard work of its agents and the effective use of technology. He added that IME Life remains committed to investing in advanced technology to better support its agency force.

IME Group Managing Director Hemraj Dhakal said the company has maintained impressive momentum over the past eight years. He highlighted IME Life’s continued investment in technology to improve service delivery and strengthen its position in the insurance industry.

Board Chairman Dr. Ramhari Aryal urged insurance agents to establish themselves as trusted insurance advisors rather than simply sales representatives. He said the company would continue to organize training programs and encourage self-learning to enhance their professional capabilities.

Chief Executive Officer Pawan Khadka credited the company’s agents for its strong business performance in fiscal year 2025/26. He said their contribution had been instrumental in the company’s success and reaffirmed IME Life’s commitment to introducing new incentive programs for its agency force.

Khadka also noted that the company has been continuously upgrading its services to meet changing customer expectations. He expressed confidence that further improvements in digital service delivery would help IME Life achieve even stronger business growth in the years ahead.

According to the company, awards were presented to agents who delivered exceptional performance during fiscal year 2025/26, including those who issued the highest number of insurance policies. The awards were presented by IME Group Managing Director Hemraj Dhakal, Board Chairman Dr. Ramhari Aryal, and directors Binod K.C., Usha Dhakal, Sunil Kumar Pokharel, Sandeep Agrawal, among others.
