Nepal Insurance’s Dividend Announcement

Kathmandu : Nepal Insurance has declared dividend to the shareholders. The company has declared a dividend from the accumulated profit of the last financial year.

The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on 26th November, Sunday has decided to give 10 percent bonus shares and 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

The shareholders will get the proposed dividend after the approval of the Nepal Insurance Authority and the approval of the next general meeting of the company.
