One billion Rupees Bonus Distribution to Employees by Life Insurance Companies
Kathmandu: Life insurance companies have released their first quarter financial statements. According to the financial statement, in the first quarter of the current year, life insurance companies have distributed 1 billion 55 million Rupees as bonus to their employees.
Nepal Life has distributed the highest bonus of 214.5 million rupees. The company had distributed 217.4 million bonus during the same period last year which shows that bonus distribution rate of the company has decreased by 1.35 percent.
Himalayan Life has distributed a bonus of Rs 202 million Rupees to the employees. During the same period last year, the company had distributed a bonus of 251.3 million rupees which shows that the company reduced the employee bonus by 19.61 percent.Rastiya Jeewan Beema Company’s bonus growth rate is the highest.
The company’s employee bonus rate has increased by 1043.20 percent in comparison to last year bonus. Similarly, companies that have gone to merger have increased the employee bonus rate. Sanima Reliance increased the employee bonus rate by 131.05 percent, SuryaJyoti by 70.95 percent and Prabhu Mahalaxmi by 49.16 percent.
