Banks Going to Court Against the Merging Tax Collection Policy 

Kathmandu, Not satisfying the Bankers they want to go court against the government issued last decision.

Banks FPO’s premium and merger or exhibition’s bargaining to purchase tax premium in worth of  IPO holder government’s with policy last decision unitedly banks want to go filed up the cased in the court according to government merging tax collection.

Association of Commercial Banks umbrella organization today held on a meeting that was decided, FPO and merger or exhibition tax collection by the budget managing issues had discussion chairman Sunil K.C said.

Before, against the government Nepal Banker Association, Life Insurer Association, Nepal Insurance Association or Bank and Financial institutions raise up voice to go court against the government decision.

This case will lead against the government decision by Bankers Association.
