Kathmandu. The lock-in period of Nepal Infrastructure Bank .Ltd (NIFRA) is going to end on 6th of March, 2024 A.D (23rd of Falgun, 2080 B.S).
Currently 129.6 million shares of NIFRA are in the form of locked-in founder shares. These shares can be traded after 6th of March, 2024 A.D.
The bank’s share registrar is Global IME Capital Limited.
