IGI Prudential Insurance’s going to held General Assembly meeting on 3 March 2024

Kathmandu : The 26th Annual General Meeting of IGI Prudential Insurance Limited will be held on Sunday, February 3 march at Lainchour Bouquet, Kathmandu.

The meeting of this company, which has not submitted any proposal regarding dividend, will discuss and pass the annual report of the last financial year along with profit, loss and cash flow. Appoint an auditor for the current year and determine his remuneration. Likewise, the assembly will elect a total of six directors, with four representatives including one woman from the founding group and two representatives from the general public.

This company has decided to close the book from February 10th to 20th for the purpose of the general meeting. According to which, shareholders who have been transacted in NEPSE till February 9th will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
