The General Assembly of Reliable Nepal held on 12th of February

Kathmandu : The seventh annual general meeting of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited was held on 12th of February, 2024 A.D (29th Paush, 2080 B.S). The meeting of the board of directors held on 18th of January, 2024 A.D of the company decided to hold the meeting on 12th of February, at Lisara Banquet Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu at 11 am.

The company passed the proposal to provide 16 percent bonus and 0.84 percent dividend for tax purposes from the profit of the last fiscal year to its shareholders.

In the meeting, the company discussed and passed the annual report of the last fiscal year 2079/80 B.S and passed the proposal to appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year and determine his remuneration.

In addition, according to section 14 (5) of the Insurer’s Institutional Governance Guideline 2075 B.S, approval of the allowances of the directors representing the sub-committee and the agenda for electing 2 directors representing the board of directors on behalf of the general shareholders were also included in the work list of the assembly.

For the purposes of the general meeting, the company has already closed the book on 29th of January. According to which, only the permanent shareholders till 28th of January had participated in the meeting and got the proposed dividend.
