Guardian Micro Life Insurance’s 1st Annual General Meeting has been completed

Kathmandu : The Guardian Micro Life Insurance’s 1st annual general meeting has been completed. In addition, the proposal to delegate the authority to the Board of Directors to perform all the necessary actions to issue shares from the general public and unanimously passed.

Similarly, The report of the board of directors for2023/024 A.D (2079/080 B.S) has been approved, along with the auditor’s report.

Similarly, the meeting has appointed to Udip Shrestha, Dr.Jay Prakash Jaiswal, Uday Narayan Bhattarai, C.A. Trishila Jhunjhunwala and Pramod Prasad Bhattarai have been appointed as independent expert directors.

Guardian Micro Life is a company licensed by Nepal Insurance Authority to conduct life micro insurance business.
