MetLife Nepal Launches Policy Revival Campaign with Discounts on Late Fees
Kathmandu, MetLife Nepal has introduced a policy revival campaign designed to ease the financial burden for customers with lapsed life insurance policies. The initiative offers a 100 percent waiver on late fees for policies that have expired within the last five years, and a 60 percent discount for policies that have been inactive for more than five years.
This campaign aims to assist policyholders facing financial difficulties in restoring their life insurance coverage, allowing them to regain financial protection without the added strain of late fee penalties. To simplify the renewal process, MetLife has made the necessary forms available on its website, providing greater convenience for customers seeking to reinstate their policies.
According to Nirmal kajee Shrestha, General Manager of MetLife Nepal, the campaign is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to safeguard its customers from unforeseen risks and financial challenges. Shrestha emphasized the importance of this initiative, encouraging policyholders to take advantage of the discounts and secure their long-term financial well-being.
MetLife Nepal’s latest initiative reflects a broader commitment to ensuring that more individuals can maintain their insurance coverage during times of uncertainty, helping them protect against future risks.
