Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Employees Participate in International Training in Mumbai

Kathmandu – Employees of Sanima Reliance Life Insurance are participating in an international training program hosted by the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai. The three-day event, scheduled from 20 to 22 January, focuses on enhancing the professional skills of insurance professionals.

The Insurance Institute of India, a premier organization for insurance education and training, offers professional certifications and conducts various examinations. Renowned for its role in advancing the knowledge and expertise of insurance personnel globally, the institute has designed this program to provide practical insights into critical aspects of the insurance industry.

The training covers a range of topics, including market promotion and sales strategies, distribution channel management, communication skills, practical interaction, and consulting techniques. Participants include branch managers, area managers, regional managers, and provincial heads from Sanima Reliance Life Insurance.

Before their departure, the company’s CEO, Mr. Shiva Nath Pandey, congratulated the selected employees. He emphasized the importance of such international training in fostering personal and professional growth, urging participants to implement their learning’s for the benefit of both their careers and the company. Mr. Pandey also instructed attendees to share their acquired knowledge with colleagues upon their return.
