Nepal Life Hosts Sales Transformation Session, Sets Strategy for Fiscal Year 2081/82

Kathmandu – Nepal Life Insurance Company successfully concluded a one-day sales transformation session in Kathmandu, focusing on reviewing its second-quarter performance and formulating a sales strategy for the remaining period of fiscal year 2081/82.

The program was hosted by Director Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal and attended by Chief Executive Officer Praveen Raman Parajuli, National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, senior managers, and regional heads.

Speaking at the event, Agrawal expressed gratitude to employees for their dedication despite economic challenges, emphasizing Nepal Life’s leadership in the life insurance industry. He highlighted the company’s commitment to customer-friendly services and investment diversification in sectors like education, hydropower, and land to ensure high returns. He also revealed plans to launch innovative insurance products to expand the market and maintain the company’s legacy.

CEO Parajuli announced that digitization efforts are underway to modernize internal and external systems. He assured that in the near future, policyholders will be able to access all services online, eliminating the need to visit branches.

National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, along with departmental and regional heads, presented reports during the session. Pokharel affirmed the team’s readiness to enhance insurance accessibility and drive market growth under the leadership of the company’s management.
