Citizen Life Insurance Declares Dividend for Shareholders

Kathmandu – Citizen Life Insurance limited has announced dividend distribution for its shareholders.
The company’s board of directors, in a meeting held on February 20, decided to distribute a 26.98% bonus share and a 1.42% cash dividend (for tax purposes) based on the current paid-up capital from last year’s profits.
The proposed dividend will be implemented after receiving approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
