Kathmandu – MetLife Nepal has urged its customers to verify the status of their insurance policies, ensuring that those with mature policies receive their partial or full maturity benefits. Customers can easily access this information by visiting the company’s website typing “Maturity” in the search box, and entering their policy number.

The company also emphasized the importance of timely premium payments to maintain continuous insurance coverage and secure entitled benefits. Customers are encouraged to update their contact information, including address and mobile number, to ensure efficient communication with MetLife Nepal.

In addition, MetLife Nepal has addressed the pending commission payments for some former insurance agents. Agents are requested to submit the necessary documents, including their bank account details, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and a copy of their citizenship, to the company. To check for any outstanding commission payments, agents may use the “Unpaid Commission” search feature on the company’s website by entering their name and agent code.
