Kathmandu : National Life Insurance Company has launched a smart mobile app with the aim of providing more service facilities to its agents, customers and general public in an easy and simple way. Chairman Prema Rajyalakshmi Singh launched the company’s smart mobile app in a special event organized by the company in Kathmandu.
Inaugurating the mobile app, President Singh expressed the opinion that the credibility of the company will increase as its agents and policyholders can get all the information related to their insurance from home through this smart mobile app launched by the company.
Chief Executive Officer Suresh Prasad Khatri said that in accordance with the promise of investing more to make the agent network professional, the company has launched a smart mobile app and through this app, agents and customers can perform quick tasks through digitization.The assistant general manager of the company, Prajwal Saiyame, while giving detailed information about the features of the smart app, informed that through this app, the agent can get the necessary information about the business of the network, as well as the insurance policies of their insurers, and through the app, they can contact their insurers to prevent the insurance policy from lapsing.
In the same way, the company’s insurers can receive information about renewal of insurance fees through the app, they can make digital payment of renewal insurance fees through the app, and all ordinary people can also receive various important information about the company in the app.
The agents participating in the program also expressed their view that many tasks can be done easily at home through the app, so that they will get more support in the promotion of insurance business in the future.
The program was attended by heads of provincial and branch offices and senior officials from all over the country.
