Neco Insurance Urges Policyholders to Settle Claims
Kathmandu — Neco Insurance Limited has called on policyholders to settle their insurance claims up to end of Falgun month of the current fiscal year 2081/82. The company has warned that the payment process has been halted due to incomplete documentation or a lack of contact from the insured and surveyors.
Neco Insurance has notified that policyholders must initiate the claim process within the next 15 days. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe will result in the closure of the concerned claim files, the company stated.
The insurer has urged policyholders to promptly submit the required documents and establish contact with the company or surveyors to avoid claim termination.
