Central Bank Urges to be Careful Using Online Banking Services

Kathmandu : Nepal Central Bank has urged people to be careful and while using digital financial services.The Central Bank has issued a notice and warned to be careful while using financial services.

According to Central Bank, notes are not required when using digital financial services in a mobile banking, internet banking and wallet.

“With this service, there is no hassle of standing in line and the payment is made directly to the account so the transaction will make transparent, reliable and time is also saved,” mention the information.

The National Bank has made it clear that when using digital financial services, it is the responsibility of the concerned person to be careful about the purpose for which the payment has been made.

Transactions should be done only after confirming the bank name, account name, account number, mobile number, purpose of payment etc.
