LIC Nepal Announces 10.526% Dividend to Shareholders

Kathmandu – Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LIC Nepal) has announced a total dividend of 10.526 percent on its paid-up capital for its shareholders.
According to the decision made by the company’s board of directors, the proposed dividend includes a 10 percent bonus share and a 0.526 percent cash dividend, which also covers the applicable taxes.
The dividend distribution is subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and will be finalized following endorsement at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting (AGM).
