Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Puts Promoter Shares on Sale
Kathmandu – Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Limited (SALICO) has announced the sale of 482,276 units of promoter shares. The shares are currently open only to the company’s existing promoter shareholders.
According to the company, interested promoter shareholders must submit a formal application to the central office in Naxal within 35 days. The application must include the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with all required documents.
The company has clarified that if no applications are received within the deadline, the unsold shares will then be made available for purchase by the general public.
